In the event that there is a problem with your order during transit, Pretty P. Beauty (Prettypbeauty.com) is NOT responsible for any compensation or item replacements. at your earliest convenience Please contact your local post office (USPS) for further assistance on  damaged goods.

Returns & Order Cancellation:

 All sales are final. Products sold and distributed through Prettypbeauty.com are not available for a refund. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact your local post office (USPS) for further assistance.

Order processing time starts 1 day after the order is placed. Please be advised that your order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please be sure to carefully review your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
